Frequently Asked Questions
I have a question about shipping (regarding price, delivery time, or something else).
For all questions related to shipping, please see our detailed Shipping Methods page.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return something, you can do so by letting us know within 30 days of your original purchase date. You will need to pay to ship the item back to us, then we will refund you for the price of the game. We do not accept returns on products that have been unwrapped/opened or tampered with in any way. For full details, you can read our entire return policy.
One or more items in my order are missing, incorrect or damaged.
If you have any of the above problems, please do not hesitate to contact us right away. We’ll be happy to make sure that any mistakes are corrected as soon as possible. However, we can only deal directly with damage to the outside of the boxes, as we have no control over the contents inside. In the case of missing or damaged game components, your best bet is to call or e-mail the game’s publishing company, which should be listed on the box, or in the instruction manual.
I’m trying to find a product that you either don’t carry, or don’t have in stock.
We order new games often, and sometimes there are ones that slip through the cracks, though we try to be thorough. If there’s something you can’t find that you’re just dying to have, please let us know! We might be able to get it for you, and it will help us know what games people like for future reference! As for out of stock items, you can sign up to receive e-mail notifications as soon as we get something back in stock, on the item’s individual product page.
What are Crit Points?
Crit Points are our rewards system that lets you get discounts for buying games from us! Click here for full details and explanation.
I want to submit a news story or a question for the podcast.
Feel free! If you’ve got a news story, send it to “”. For podcast questions or comments, send it to “”. Or, you can just use the form on our Contact Page. In any case, include your name and/or where you’re from, so we can credit you!
Would you be willing to create a Playback or preview video for a game I’ve designed?
Of course! If you’re a designer or publisher with a game either on Kickstarter or somewhere else that you’d like us to take a look at, let us know via e-mail. We can’t make any guarantees, and there are always time constraints, but we’d be happy to take a look regardless.
