What is your return policy?
If you would like to return something, you can do so by letting us know within 30 days of your original purchase date. You will need to pay to ship the item back to us, then we will refund you for the price of the game. We do not accept returns on products that have been unwrapped/opened or tampered with in any way. One or more items in my order are missing, incorrect or damaged.
If you have any of the above problems, please do not hesitate to contact us right away. We’ll be happy to make sure that any mistakes are corrected as soon as possible. However, we can only deal directly with damage to the outside of the boxes, as we have no control over the contents inside. In the case of missing or damaged game components, your best bet is to call or e-mail the game’s publishing company, which should be listed on the box, or in the instruction manual.
Why can’t I find my Crit Points?
Crit Points are our old rewards system, and are no longer in use at this time.
